It is designed with simplicity, speed and cost effectiveness in mind, the benefits of which can be amplified should the engagement include a minimum volume threshold.

Design and assessment skills that can be used to augment or complement your existing teams. The Consultants can provide the specialist skills on a short and long term basis.

These skills are typically used to augment a partner’s workforce when workloads rise above the threshold capacity of the partners own team. Alternatively, they can be used to provide key solution skills that are outside of the partner’s capability.

Examples of engagement include: wireless surveys and subsequent wireless designs, network designs, architecture, UC strategy consultancy, Big Data, Digital and Cloud solutions.

Operational Approach

MRP Group commit to provide an initial response to a your resource request within an agreed number of hours of receipt. The resource request must include the following information:

  1. Skill set requirements. Our experience tells us that it is often useful to provide specific vendor accreditations as this enables our resource teams to provide a quicker initial vetting service. Example accreditations include Riverbed RCSA and Cisco CCNP, Avaya Certification
  2. The estimated start and end dates of the requirement
  3. A description of services required / Statement of Work
  4. Pay rate
  5. Number of resources required

This will focus our efforts and enable MRP Group to provide you with a timely and more accurate vetted list of associates that are ready for final selection by yourselves. This therefore reduces your time in selection and costs to your business of associate recruitment whilst accelerating your revenue opportunity.

Candidates are reviewed from our existing associate pool and only after this has taken place the market is then addressed

Resource Vetting

To ensure the list of candidates meets your exacting criteria, MRP Group has developed the following vetting process and would recommend that such a route is taken to ensure the candidate standards are maintained

Stage 1: Candidates are reviewed from our existing associate pool and only after this has taken place the market is then addressed

Stage 2: CV’s are reviewed based upon experience, knowledge of the candidate’s previous performance and written experience

Stage 3: We conduct an interview that assesses the candidates fit for the partner’s organization, right to work and an Initial Technical Validation (ITV) based upon questions provided by our partner

Stage 4: Successful candidates are then presented to our partner for final interview and selection

Stage 5: Checks – (Optional at cost) The successful candidate can undergo the following:

  • Previous employment reference checks
  • Financial Checks
  • Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks – standard or Enhanced
  • Security Check (SC) checks – Agency Specific

Stage 6: On-Boarding – (Optional at cost) MRP can offer an on-boarding solution, tailored to your needs, to ensure the new starter is aware of your organization and the engagement they are about to commence. This structured approach is designed to ensure a more seamless introduction into your business.
